I know it's just a fun way of looking at it but I am definitely not a Stormcloak.

It's Bethesda's handling of the situation (or lack thereof) that's the problem here. Bethesda could put an end to this and quell a lot of rage if they would simply say "We care about our fans. We have our reasons for not saying anything, please trust us." but no, they won't even say that. I've lost my respect for bethesda as a company because it's clear that they don't respect us.

personally I agree, my vampire however is very bloodthirsty and something tells me the stormcloaks will certainly give me my share of bloodshed :P plus the empire was trying to execute me.

Patch 1.7 is ready for release. At least on my PC, no mods, it runs really well and smooth. Much better than 1.6.

Hopefully it'll go live on Tuesday for PC and be submitted to Microsoft and Sony for approval and release the next week.

Are the bugs that were caused by 1.6 fixed in 1.7? I've heard most of them are still around.

Get vampire the masquerade bloodlines on the PC and get the unofficial patch. The game is awesome.

not sure my pc can handle real games as i'm still on windows 95 or something (which is why i put ps3 user) but hey! at least that's better than ppl using windows 7 right? 95 > 7

any other game suggestions? thanx for tryin to help ;)

I hate those imperial bastards.

My vampiric nord follows the old, "If someone tries to kill you, you try and kill them back" motto so naturally Ive allowed Ulfric to aim my path of destruction at the imperials XD

What bugs are you referring to? I've gone through the companions and college quest lines with no issues. Several side quests and radiant quests as well. No CTD's, only thing is thieves hood still glitches on vampires.

Again, GStaff and the other devs are probably under oath/contract/whatever to not tell us anything until the higher ups of Zenimax say its okay. Hell they may have been given specific lines they can use.

Welcome to the business world, it really svcks sometimes, unfortunately.

Also, on patches, the early beta'd patches were fixed, like 1.3/1.4 definitely got updated mid-beta.

Wait yes it is I can't get into the store, and they have to shut it down to update. Maybe Bethesda is trying to surprise us.

Why would the PS store go down just for Dawnguard? lol

It went down because that's what it does.

i find it impossible to believe they have no idea about a release date. the fake ignorance just exacerbates the image of their incompetence and deception.

what would have been actually helpful, would be to inform us of the process. x and x has to happen first, then x, then we can release patch/dlc.

whatever criticism one wants to give FNV, community interaction is not one of them. Avellone and Sawyer (the two lead devs) and Bergman (producer and beth watchdog) all routinely visited the forums and informed the fans of exactly what was going on. they even went the extra mile and explained the reasons for the decisions (about everything from game balance to cut content). even when lonesome road was delayed, Bergman said it was delayed because of forces beyond their control, and also said he wasn't at liberty to speak in depth about it. the community accepted and respected their involvement. and most certainly the accusations now being slung at beth, were never attributed to the FNV team.

community interaction like the FNV team, contrary to what beth thinks, builds the fan base, earns respect, and keeps in community bickering minimal. beth's behavior seems to promote the opposite.

psn is down for today, but only if you weren't signed in before the maintenance started. even then, it seems, some are still able to sign in. it is not connected to DG or the patch. did you not read what Gstaff just said?
