Thanks for posting this, Primm looks like fun, if only the roller coaster worked :sadvaultboy:

I expect it might... later.

A quest to repair the roller coaster? That would be glorious. I think I've heard from a dev somewhere though that the coaster does not work and never will.

In before rollercoaster DLC?

That's some cool weapons there

I wonder what those bits about Squirrel Stick effect having worn off were about though...?

Yes I had a thread about a quest to repair the coaster before. I think it would be an awesome idea. I hope they add it in a DLC.

No... I would only expect that as a possible user mod. (and don't know enough about it yet).

Well, another glimpse into custom rounds, pause at 4:33 shows 22.lr and 22.lr Plinking rounds...

Plus upgradable portions of the guns. Like the .357 revolver HD Cylinder

The squirrel stick heals you 1 point per second for 5 seconds (according to the pipboy screen for it), after 5 seconds you get the message that it has done it's job.

Nice combat video. Though, I hope that's an early portion of the game or that Pete played on easy - for some reason it looked a bit too effortless (despite the healthloss) killing a room full of those convicts (could be just me wearing my critic hat again and having some unexpected seizures though... :P).

*edit* I still wonder how Survival affects it food. Whether it makes you heal more, makes the duration you heal longer, or both.

I'm having such a hard time deciding whether I want to tag Survival or not, haha.

Noticed that too. Hmm, I wonder if it's like that all the time, instead of the instant heal in Fallout 3, or if Pete was playing the game on hardcoe?

I don't think he was on hardcoe, I didn't see any weight for those 9mm bullets he picked up outside.

Seems to not be on HC. Ammo has no weight, and he has thousands of 'em - so it would seem food always heals over time.

Ohhh...that's true. I watched it again and payed attention to the amount of ammo he had on him, and if it was on hardcoe, I don't think he'd be able to move. Man, I feel silly now, haha.

Well, you need some time to actually EAT it, now do you?

Looks great but still so short.I want to see more...The deputy died during the quest so I guess he reason for going there was wasted if there's only one captive in the building.

I guess magic items are back. Rattan Cowboy Hat gave +1 Perception.
I wonder how a hat can make you ear/taste/see/feel/smell better. :derp:

Oh and remember Broken Steel?
And the new Enclave member? The Hellfire Soldier? Which had the best armor? And the only Enclave member equipped with a heavy Incinerator? Which made the gun seem like something only the best of the best get to have?
Well.
Why the hell does an escaped convict have that?
