I am looking to have my rig up and running by 03/01. I should have this done by the last Friday in Feb. There are several Mods on my "must have" list. One being Overlook Tower. My next Vamp, can't wait. My Q is, if the CK is not out yet...how the hell are these mods already hitting the public?

you'd be surprised the number of things you can make without the CK. Retexs and new models primarily. But the mods out only change that which already exists. The CK allows for the creation of things utterly new and non-existent until that point. As for Overlook Tower, I STILL don't know how they did it. Must have been very time consuming.

I could have done at least some of the changes I'll be implementing already, but it's much easier with the CK so I chose to wait. As a side benefit, I won't be screwing anything up in the process when I do so, which is a potentially major problem when you're modding via editing hex ID codes and is, in fact, specifically warned about by those who put out tutorials on the subject.
