1- Raidiant AI/quests not living up to the hype.

2- World feeling too streamlined/open, and being lead by the hand, lacking in role play options.

3- Features being half implemented and/or broken/unbalanced.

1. Leveled enemies, loot and shop inventories

2. Too many containers in dungeons; why not all loot in just a few?

3. Apart from the civil war, the stories and personalities aren't very engaging

But still one of the best games ever!

Are you serious?!?!

I've got it installed on the hardrive of my 360, and it still takes like 30 seconds every time.

None of my other games are having problems.

That svcks for me. :-(

Is your game saving everytime you have a load screen?

I think it's set up this way by default. It took me 30 seconds like you all the time until I realized that I could turn that automatic saving option off on loading screens. Now it's like 5 seconds. You just have to remember to save once in a while.

1: The fact that ancient ruins that haven't been opened in decades to centuries all have candles that are still burning. I can role play away the large dishes of flames as stone bowls filled with crushed and magically activated fire salts that burn for 100's of years. But candles... really? What, is there some unseen draugr maid that is cursed with the task of dungeon upkeep [edit] You know what? The fact that nearly every cave and ruin is lit up so conveniently. [/edit]

2: When I'm sneaking and my follower busts out with a torch and lights up the area like a beacon of FAIL.

3: "Well Aela, if you don't want an arrow in your back, then quit charging in all "pants on head" stoopid and use that gorram bow I spent all that money improving and enchanting."

4: The fact that I can't tell the blades to stuff it and seal them in that temple that only I can open. (related to a certain quest that ruffled me up.)

[edit #2] Re-tarded is censored?? The name calling must be rampant on this forum for the board to outlaw even that word.[/edit]

1.) Lack of interaction between NPCs. Would be better if they talked about Mudcrabs like in Oblivion.
2.) Lack of magical effects and spellcreation
3.) Got even more focused on action.

No. Nonononononono please for all that is good left in the world no. I would rather suitcase a pine cone than here every NPC say that again. Just my opinion.

1. Really really bad LOD. Massive chunks pop up instantly 50 meters ahead of you all the time, no matter where you are. Annoying, "unimmersive", very ugly. It's time for Bethesda to return to 2012 and get out of 2005.

2. No directions whatsoever for most quests in the game. This makes the quest-exploration experience extremely bad, and annoying for those who don't like to do quests by follow shallow, plain quest markers like a mindless robot.

3. The extremely overdone HDR. Look up and it's a clear blue sky. Look down for a second, and the sky is ultra white as if a nuclear bomb had just dropped off lighting up the entire sky. I mean... come on Bethesda. Haven't you learned how to do HDR properly after 7 years since Oblivion?

(4.) NPCs say stupid dialouge about their lives to a complete stranger (you the player). Why would I as a complete stranger want to know your lifestory?
Also, NPcs say the same stupid dialouge lines again and again and again. I know that you work for your mother and sell your fruits and vegetables. I know that you work for Belethor. I know that you became a guard by taking an arrow to the knee. I know that you are a [censored] who is at the Cloud District and think you're better than everyone else. I only have to hear it once, not every single time I walk past you. Very annoying.

1/ lack of recognition for doing main quest, you get the right to a house and a title (Thane) and a housecarl for killing one easy dragon with the help of Irileth and co.. but kill Alduin.. nothing !!
2/ a house you can't decorate easily, cannot display items on shelves or tables or in bowls without taking ages only to find them all over the floor when you next return
3/ the economy.. can make or loot high value items, but unless you belong to the thieves guild, cannot sell them for their worth, and what to buy with all that gold anyway ?

1) Attacked and killed by 2 mudcrabs on master at level 3
2) Shops not having enough gold to buy all my loot
3) You are over-encumbered ( or whatever it says now )

1/ NPC's have no depth and say the same things over and over again.

2/ No recognition for your achievments, the fact that im still spoken to like ive just started the companions yet im the master of them... and when i enter my house lydia says can i help you freind?!

3/ Cant place items in your home without them being thrown around or moved as soon as you leave! i mean in oblivion you could at least put a couple of things down but in skyrim its impossible and ANNOYING!!

I totally agree with this, its so annoying i know that Beth worked hard getting all the voice actors but they could of at least got them to say more than they do. The fact ive saved the world ended the rebellion AND master of most guild but im spoken to like i just do the dishes for them all..

I actually consider the OP's point #3 to be a point in Skyrim's favor.

Agree. apart from that

1) missing reaction from NPCs to own accomplishments (yes, I am the archmage)
2) missing reaction from....
3) ...you get the idea.

Apart from that I am happy I guess :).

No recognition.
No recognition.
No recognition.

When the NPCs just repeat the same lines over and over again, it makes the pretty empty world twice as shallow.

I have had only one NPC (ONE!) recognize that I killed the world-eater. Seriously?

What are yours?

Mine:

3. No guns, but magic? I want guns in elders, not fallout.

go shoot yourself for even mentioning that you want skyrim to be like fable...guns would kill TES for me forever

1. Lack of proper reputation system - this is really quite a big deal. I feel very underwhelmed when I became the leader of the companions/thieves guild, etc.
2. Too few racial dialogues - I'm very bothered that being a particular race does not really affect any conversation, quest options, guilds, etc.
3. Repeated dialogues by different voice actors - especially merchants, some got different voice characters, but at least they should stop saying "Some may call this junk, me I call them treasures."

1-Magic was ravaged.

2-Free form exploration screwing up quests due to the player doing things out of the rigidly set order.

3-Too many essentials which should be expendable, Maven Black-Briar and Delphine/Esbern for example. The ability to kill them and force the next best alternate solution is exactly the type of situations that would offer meaning and consequence to player choices.

1. The UI/Inventory system - have alot of stuff and this gets old quick.
2. Lack of NPC dialog options - you should be able to start a fight/kill with anyone non-essental
3. Worthless quest items - when you can smith/enchant better items, why bother with worthless quest 'rewards'?

1.) NPC's.
2.) Shallowness.
3.) Insurmountable barriers in the game world forcing me to endlessly backtrack and find that one linear path.

Still haven't dug all the way into the game yet, but i have a few.

1. The dragon attacks got old, became annoying.
2. The companions quest line was over too fast.
3. The followers never seem to help much, wish this would have been done better.
