Post » Fri May 27, 2011 1:11 pm

well, is that new AVP good, i saw a reviw, but that was IGN, and it was biased info, most definitely.

but i want to know, how good is it?
The the campaign is pretty good, the multiplayer is amazing(especially infestation). Overall I would give it a 8/10.

Anyone know if X3 and X3: Reunion are any good?

I've played space sims before by the way. If it's anything like X-wing Alliance then I'll probably really like it a lot.

Ignore the voice acting and they're fabulous. And X3 and X3: Reunion are the same thing. The expansion is called Terran Conflict. Anywho, they're great. I love 'em.

There's the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thief_%28series%29 series, I've never played one myself but I haven't heard anything but good things about it.

The voice acting yeaa........it's bad. But the on board computer is really good I must say. Everything else in voice acting is really bad.

Thief 1 2 and 3?

Yeah I was thinking about those. Which ones the best out of all of them?

I haven't played them myself, but a friend seemed to really like Thief 2. I guess it's based on opinion. Of course, he said it's a good idea to play them in order. Overlapping storyline and all.

It's pretty fun since you're able to play as a super cop. Nice open world also.

The majority opinion seems to be that 2 is best and 3 is worst, but the "worst" in the Thief series is still considered to be better than most other non-Thief games. All of them are worth it, I would say, but for the first I'd recommend Thief Gold (comes with extra missions), and for the third I'd recommend looking up its supported/non-supported PC components in comparison to your own; it can be finicky when it comes to stability.

Yes, especially if you have a friend to play co-op with. It's one of my favourite Xbox 360 games.

Yeah. I hear it is fantastic. However, I've heard that of several games I bought, but discovered I did not enjoy. I'm sick of getting burned by video games (PC games). I'm only getting them if they hit bargain bin price.

I have only played the 3rd but I can safely say they're all amazing. They're also extremely cheap I could get both thief 2 and 3 for less than $20 NZ which is around $12 US I think. Seriously they're some of the best fun : Money ratio you'll ever have. The seaside manor in TDS is also the most atmospheric/fun/best level I have played in my entire life.

Some members on the forums here say good things about Hellgate London. Is it really that great? What's so fun about it?

Im suprised im even thinking of it, but how is DAO, I think it seems great from a story/lore view, but the combat...Is pretty offputting to me, it just seems confusing and quite boring just clicking a few things then watching, instead of havingfull control.

I love the reference to the movie in the sub-title.

Is The Beatles rockband any good? I mean I own all 14 albums of The Beatles and I'm debating with myself as whether to buy it or not.

There's no less control than the average RPG. You may be more familiar with first-person ones where every attack needs a click, but you can control as much as you want in Dragon Age. Just turn off party tactics and you can decide every target and spell/ability yourself.
