Personally, I think they're doing a great job. They've been supporting the game since launch, released a new texture pack (it might not be what most were expecting but it's free), released the Skyrim Workshop (along with a couple of cool mods of their own), and the Creation Kit which they plan on providing support for as well (they said they're working on the navmesh bug). Also, they made an entire wiki to help people learn how to use the Creation Kit. And then there's the fact that they're supporting three platforms. They did all this in the 5 months that the game's been released. To me, that's very impressive.
The thing is... ALL those things you mentioned are exclusive for the PC, so I don't really think you can say they're "supporting" three platforms. Sure they've released patches for bugs and stuff, and there are those who think that people should be grateful for that because they technically don't have to do it, but I'm one of those people who feel that developers have a responsibility to make sure their products actually work, even if there is no legislation/regulatory body enforcing such things.
