You forgot crossbows.

Personally, I want battle-picks. In a place like Skyrim they shouldn't be too hard to find.

I also want rapiers.

And a poofy outfit to go with them.

Using torches to set enemies on fire.

You can already do that.

You can't light oil puddles, though, for some reason.

You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your...battle....picks.... No, wait....
You could always give a miner's pick some crazy enchantment. Not quite the same, I know, but I have a Woodcutter's Axe that causes paralysis. It's amusing.

I love crossbows, even if that does make M'aiq the Liar think I'm an idiot. I'd also love to see a small, one-handed warhammer.

Yeah, you essentially just do a bash while blocking with a torch equipped. I found this out by accident, haha.

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/f5/Ornamental_katar.jpg might be kind of cool.
I'd also like to see something unique to the Orcs that's really wicked and brutal. Like how the Alik'r warriors have their "Curved. Swords."

Spears , i mean real spears not two handed pikes
Real one handed spears that can be used with a shield and that are mainly used to stab your target
Crosbow and bolts , only one sort no use to have lights or heavies , of course a slower much slower reload time but so much deadlier
halbeards and other pole weapons are out of place those weapons were designed for infantry formations and not individual combat
