5+ simulations party members

Tactical FSW style combat
See vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvqERSD7ZAI
Thats what I want from RT RPG combat. Listen to all the banter too.

Vehicles

Good ole Josh Sawyer grit.

The ability to sh*t in toilets instead of drinking the water. Very important.

Bandits and Raiders that actually size you up or make deals with you instead of attacking 100% of the time.

More realistic fighting, you get thrown about more when shot or hit with a sledgehammer, if you run out of bullets you can use your gun to knock out the enemy... and maybe make it so if playing in 3rd person, your character doesn't look pathetic when you press jump...

And if karma's still in there... I hope it has a point this time

A Dynamic weather system. Acid rain = need for protection????
Possible romance? Not that cheesy Bittercup thing
More settlements that you can have some sort of interaction with, like they change to what actions you perform, not the crappy Fable Style though
A VOICE! SOME ONE GIVE ME A VOICE!
A reliance on food and water when in the waste? could ANYONE last 2 months in the waste without eating nothing but stimpacks little water? Maybe a little extreme though and difficult.

Loving this.
The only thing is the food thing. I don't know if the game would be as easily a game, and more Sims:Fallout, if I have to eat to stay healthy, but I can see how it might work. Character gets "hungry," = negative effect if it goes on too long, so got to keep some Potato Crisps on board for the late night, Mutant Stalking, Hunger Pangs.

The lack of weather in FO3 was a bit hard to go with and illogical given the a) extreme cloud cover and B) no lack of a water cycle. Post-Nuclear environmental shift can lock out the weather options in areas though, so not really needing it, but it would make play more interesting.

Romance sounds good. Still sad that Amata and I never could come to terms, really wanted to ... nevermind.

I still like fallout 3, it was amazing and i know that it had some features listed below but i want them in bigger scale.

Everything from Fallout 2 (black humour, casinos, six, JUNKIES, swearing, killable children, slavery, easter eggs etc.) it would add more fallout climate.

NEW ENGINE!! Why did they use the same engine?? I want new animations, graphics, A.I., and killing animations like in the F2, living city, not only walking, standing, smoking (did they even smoke?) people.

Someone wrote somewhere that there will be stuff for fallout new vegas avaible to buy on the bethesda site, i hope not, i don't want another sims3 it would cost hundreds to get full game, ( i wouldn't buy anything)

no repairing, i don't like to use things in bad condition and it is hard to repair things. when i've got plasma gun i like to have it as much powerful as it should be, not destroyed weapon that needs to shoot 10 times to kill raider.

clothes that react with the wind, at least normal clothes (not armours) should be able to be destroyed, But they have to use the same engine.

No destructible buildings it would be stupid, it't good in Red faction but it wouldn't be in fallout, there should be markers at least u should be able to turn them on in the options menu.

Even better conversations, more enterable buildings

I think that it's most important:
More factions that u can join, decisions that make big consequences, please no aliens!! (only in easter eggs) no more fake brotherhood of steel (they were good in the fallout 3 but they shouldn't be in new vegas), enclave with power armours from F2 and with big powerful guns, powerful PLASMA RIFLE like in the f2, You should be able to feel the power in power armour, raiders shouldn't be able to kill u and should be scared of u, plasma guns and laser guns should be much more powerful than in F3.

I know that it's no the sims but i would be happy if i could have nice bg house with rich accessories.

It would be amazing if u could be a faction boss or make ur own faction so u would give the quests and tasks for people, u could gain new people, make tactics, give them money for their work etc.

I would be happy if i could make relationships with people some wouldn't like me and wouldn't help different people would give me gifts help me talk with me, and i even cpould have a girlfriend. Imagine, you're going through the city and some people are saying hi how are u, and different come with their friends and want to fight u, so u take off the armour and weapons to make a fair fight... or u just kill them,

Also living city,, people meet each other talk to each other, some sit on the ground and beg for money different people just sit and take drugs, there are thieves and people who fight, drunk people.
night in the city looks different than a day

better karma

And also GOOD, LONG story wit MANY, GOOD and LONG side quests also side quests should have some big consequences, and u should't have to make everything that the main quest ask u to do

And also more levels and more perks, perks in the fallout 3 were really not cool and i wasn't happy, jumping around like in other fallouts when i had a chance to gain one, so i want more perks and BETTER perks

Skillrequirements in addition to blueprints for craftable weapons (if such are implemented). The more powerful the weapon, the more skill it requires to be crafted.

One thing that I would love to see is drivable cars that run on the mirco fusion cells or something of that nature. Not only would drivable cars be a must but the ability to customize them. Get parts from other cars and place them on your car tires, engines, steering wheel, etc. Be able to have a garage at your house and fix up the car. The parts could be like the weapons were you need to keep them fixed. Also the ability to add weapons to the car. You could park your car in the garage and customize the gun to become a turret and place it on the car.

What do you want most in New Vegas?

A level 20 perk called "Fire Starter" that gives you 90% resistance to fire, and the ability to shoot streams of flame out of you hand... :flamethrower: Pyrokinesis!

Clothing and Armour like in Oblivion, where you have separate parts. That would be cool. SOme outfits in FO3 looked stupid because of one part of the outfit, like the Charmer outfit.

Separate clothing slots to wear Clothes over Armour, and Armour over Clothes.

A good repair system ,where you can use most stuff (within reason) to repair a gun.

And good radio station(s)!

A good main story.

Much better gun-play. I hate shooting things with 100's of bullets and they don't die. Thank god for mods! :D

Edit: Actually, with the plethora of AWESOME FO 3 mods, whats the point in even buying a new Fallout? :P

Can we have some old school mutants return to 3D form? I would like to see Wanamingos come back there was concept art of them to appear in Fallout 3 but they didn't make it in the final build.

What things do I want most in NV?

A difficulty setting that matters. The game's difficulty setting should be doing alot more than just altering the damage delt/recived.

Haveing the hand holding, and all knowing, guidance feature to be an optional gameplay setting. Give the exploreing junkies their fix will ya. :P

Don't totaly destroy the ballance six months later with a few DLCs adding absurd stuff...
