Which faction do you lean towards most?

Seeing as how you didn't include "none" or "other" I suppose I'll go for the Boomers, they remind me of the Enclave.

O_o
Erm... How?

Those profligates deserved what was coming to them.
If I had my say I'd have someone throw brahmin and bighorner feces and urin on them as well.
And if they survive for a 4 days on the cross then I'd cut them down, feed them, make them all warm and fuzzy again and nail them to a cross again.

i dont care for the legion cause its unstable, but i did have fun with the guys on the crosses. i placed a bunch of c-4 explosives underneath all of them and BOOM! i sent them to vallalah. wish i would have had a fatboy at the time that would have been even more fun.

Just the way they go on about bombing all the "savages" when they get the B-29, the isolated life that they are so happy to live and the fact they're all pure-humans from Vault 34. It's the closest thing apart from the Remnants who don't appear till after you've made a choice on who to support; I suppose the BoS are pretty similar too but... yeah that just wouldn't work.

Ah, I see.
But Boomer are no longer pure humans/prime normals since they've had contact with the outside world for too long.

Perhaps, but they will too have to suffice; maybe they're okay, they've been outside for 50 years or something and the Mojave seems like a much cleaner corner of the world.

Yup.
But we really need some FEV to dip one of them in to be sure.

I would prefer an Enclave genetic compliance screening test myself but to each his own...

I found myself sympathizing most with the Remnants.

Same here. Really shows you how history can repeat itself.

The Brotherhood of Steel is the coolest group in the game. The NCR is lammme. They have soo many troops yet they are having trouble keeping the legion down. I really like the Remnants of the Enclave. Never thought I'd see the good side of the Enclave.. Kind of saddens me to see them gone..

Im not saying that I support the Enclave.. Its just that these guys used to be so powerful with their power armors. Imagine seeing these guys in the Mojave wasteland. I never got to play Fallout 1 and 2. Their power armor is filled with soo many stories when I look at it.

You should have played them mate, I was 14 in Julyish 2008 when Fallout 3 was coming out and I thought it looked great so I went and bought Fallout 2 to give me some perspective. It's amazing.

IMO great khans are the most pure faction in the mojave, sure they are raiders and tribals, but they aren't full of chems, doesn't manipulate other ppl, doesn't get into anybody's business, have a great sense of honor, bury their members when they die and the only bad thing they do are to work for certain ppl and to sell chems to the fiends, other than that, they're very pacific.

i dont get all the NCR love going on. they svck. if the legion werent so one dimensional and shallow i would have sided with them since the BoS dont really do anything. they have more people and are better armed than the legion but are about to lose the damn to a bunch of cosplaying rednecks pretending everyday is holloween. apparently it took 20 to 1 odds for them to kick out the BoS from Helios one which was by everyones account an extremely difficult target to defend.

initially i liked the NCR because its like "Hey, these guys are like the US army" :) but as you learn more about them its like "Hey, these guys are douchebags."

Even when I'm being evil, I tend to do whatever I can for the FOTA. They're trying to bring everyone's health and intellect back up without turning them into cannon fodder or brainwashing them with bureaucracy and taxes...

I'm very interested to see how many of you sided with the NCR, must be a lot of democrats on these forums huh?

But anyways, I like the BoS because they protect people from themselves, and most people are idiots so this is necessary

I like The Followers of the Apoccalypse because there just good people doing good things, and they know that to prevent mankind from destroying itself again there must be no single ruleing power.

And I also like the Great Khans, I cant help it, raiding is in my blood, my roots are based in northern Europe around Norway and Scandanavia

Have to agree with this. It's kind of impossible to hate on the FOTA. It's like trying to hate Martin Luther King Jr. Even if he was a socialist, and you aren't, are you really going to claim the guy was evil for fighting the civil rights movement with non violent demonstrations? The FOTA are just a group of educated people hoping to help educate those around them and bring equality to the wastelands through an intellectual movement, instead of guns, taxes and threats (or slavery, tyranny and extreme violence).
