After a few playthroughs the Legion have really grown on me. What about you guys?

EDIT: Added poll.

The Followers.

Generic good people that actually struggles because they are after all, a bunch of good people.

I just wise I can actually start my own Vegas faction, or leading whoever was in Vegas instead of just "Yesman" faction.....

NCR's filled with a bunch of whiners.
House is a creepy ass.
Khans don't do anything.
Fiends just shoot me.
Kings are too "good".
Omerta is filled with a bunch of [censored]s.
Benny and Co, hah!

Only faction that magnetically draws me towards them is Legion.
And they only have like 7 quests, a dozen named NPC's and don't have much else to do besides the arena. >_<

Currently, the NCR. In the grand scheme of things, I don't know. Followers, maybe? I like what they do, and it fits a lot of what I'd like to do in RL, so there's that.

Same here - they're almost "too good", in that there's basically no moral ambiguity about working with them. Though I guess their general goodness prevents them from being as powerful as the others, which is in a way its own kind of dilemma.

A close second for me would be the Kings - there's just something about a gang of Elvis impersonators that strikes me as incredibly awesome. Plus, they seem to be good enough people, which is nice.

COnsidering I've only come across the Legion and the NCR I'm leaning towards the NCR. I have run across Fiends but tend to just put bullets in their heads.

I haven't done anything in the way of the main quest because I want to explore more. But I'm thinking when the time comes the Legion will be wiped off the map.

The thing that bugs me the most is that the general public thing NCR are ''good and ''better' than the Legion. When in fact they are exactly the same. Both groups just kill anybody who doesn't agree with their rules. luckily NCR dont have many rules and/or dont bother enforcing them as well as the Legion!

Well, the NCR is an egalitarian organization that doesn't torture people, so they've got that going for them.

A little too much sausage at the Legion bbq for me, and I quite like sausage.

NCR reminds me too much of old (current) America, seems a waste of a perfectly good apocalypse if all we do is put them back in charge!

BoS or NCR.

However, the Gun Runners are my closest friends....them and Mr H. Unting-Revolver.

Kind of on a tangent, but my opinion of the NCR in this game really went up when I heard President Kimball speak. One hell of a speech that was. Certainly way better than whatever nuggets of wisdom Caesar and Laneus had to share.

This is my opinion of all the factions.
NCR: seem pretty Morales ambiguous if you ask me.
CR: i dont believe in crucification.
House: hes a dead body
Boomers: nice but i dont like their arty
BOS : seem like D-Bags in this one. all they care about is technology.
FA: they seem nice but they are weak.
The Families. all D-Bags
Nightkin: i like lily and the few in Jacobstown but most are trying to kill you.
Jacobstown: i like them.
Kings. Nice but annoying.
Edit: Gun runners and Van graffs are okay. i try to keep it strictly buisness.
Edit# 2: I hate all types of raiders unless im tryhign to be like them
i also hate the powder gangers.

I havent finished the game yet, but i have had a taster of most of the factions. They all have they're own upsides & downsides, personally i would prefer to stay as an independent Mercenary. So i usally float between them all & try not to piss too many off.

I would say overall i lean most towards the NCR. They are badly organised & dont have the overall quality of troops like the Legion, but i think they can be turned into a a strong Democracy where people live in a bit more harmony & freedom of choice.

NCR

But only because they are *everywhere* and I like to side with whatever group is currently dominating a scene. If it was Caesar's Legion dominating Nevada and NCR was invading, I'd be Legion all the way.

Nothing to gain by going Legion in this game.

Savages was their word for anybody who was intruding on their airforce base. they dont want them, they just want to be left alone.
