Vamp

The quote requires a little bit of context. Raiden, the protagonist, shot Vamp in the head earlier in the game. He then enters a room and sees Vamp "levitating" above a pool of water and says "Still ticking, huh?" to which Vamp replies with my favorite video game quote:
"Unfortunately, Hell had no vacancies."

Just five words, but every word is important and it implies so much.

"Shotgun to the head? Now that's trouble."

Jack is awesome.

Malkavian: "Yes, his beard is hypnotic"

This is the only quote from any game that really stuck with me.

"Everybody deals with grief differently, right? Some people [censored] at funerals, I cut off heads" -Travis Touchdown

Hard to say, but I have to say one of the few lines in a game that ever made me laugh was one from Fallout 3.

One of the dialogue choices with Dave from the Republic of Dave. "Your father was a monarch, you mean like the butterfly?"
