System Shock (1+2)

SHODAN

Look at you, hacker. A pathetic creature of meat and bone, panting and sweating as you run through my corridors. How can you challenge a perfect, immortal machine?

I believe you stole my quote :)

"shake them charlies for the ben-man. Hello!"

By far the most random and funny game quote I've heard in a while.

Allister: I got it, I got it. Just so you know, if the King ever asks me to put on a dress and dance the Remigold, I'm drawing the line. Darkspawn or no.
Player: I think I'd like to see that.
Allister: What, me shimming down the Darkspawn line? Yeah! We could kill them while they all roll around laughing.
Duncan: *sigh*

Morrigan: How very fitting that they would build a prison for mages in the middle of a lake and make it look like a giant [censored].

When does that dialogue option appear in Dragon Age:Origins? It's the first I've heard it.

There were good lines in DA. For example, if Morrigan is in your group when you first meet Sten and says This is a proud creature and should not be left for the Darkspawn. Allistair says I didn't expect you to say that; Morrigan replies And we should put Allistair in the cage instead. Allistair: "Yes, that I expected."

Two from Halo 3. Both the Prophet of Truth.

"You are, all of you, vermin! Cowering in the dirt, thinking what I wonder? That you might escape the coming fire?! No. Your world will burn until it's surface is but glass!"

And,

Truth: "I am the Prophet of Truth! Voice of the Covenant!"

Arbiter: "And so, you must be silenced."

Game: Vagrant Story

Character: Sydney Losstarot

Quotes:
"Warping the minds of men and shepherding the masses has always been your church's domain. You lure sheep with empty miracles and a dead god."

"A tyrant always dies alone, Guildenstern. Surrounded by silver-tongued leeches, he is utterly alone. He sows sorrow and reaps death."

"The body is but a vessel for the soul, a puppet which bends to the soul's tyranny. And lo, the body is not eternal, for it must feed on the flesh of others, lest it return to the dust whence it came. Therefore must the soul deceive, despise and murder men."

Pretty much anything the Klakkerz say in Stranger's Wrath.

"Now you just take your pills and we'll all come outside, okay?"
"Alright, we're gonna come back out. Now you stop being such a little peckerhead, you hear?"

Stranger: You know where I can, uh, find Blisters Booty?
Klakker: Well, I dunno. You're the big, badass bounty hunter.

Edit: Forgot one from the tutorial:
Outlaw 1: Wassa matter, is the little baby 'fraid of the water?
Outlaw 2: You can't swim either, [censored].
Outlaw 1: Yeah, well I don't [censored] about it.

Outlaw, over loudspeaker: First one to catch the bounty hunter gets a prize. The prize is, I WON'T BEAT THE PISS OUTTA YA!

Before you head to the Tower of Ishal, at Ostagar, when Duncan is telling you what you'll be doing. You need to tell Duncan that you agree with Allistair.

If you're playing a female character, instead of the bit about shimming down the darkspawn line, he says "Maybe for you."

There are so many good lines in DA:O. Another of my favorites is when you first meet Leliana in the tavern and she says brightly that she'll be joining your quest. I always choose the reply: "The Maker sent you? Welcome aboard!", whereupon Morrigan says "Perhaps your skull was cracked more seriously than mother realized."

I seriously hate myself...how did I forgot that which I always consider my favourite in game dialogue

Sovereign from Mass Effect

"We impose order on the chaos of organic evolution. You exist because we allow it, and you will end because we demand it."

For the whole dialogue http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnDp2mWU7ic
