Your favourite video-game quote

Well, I am playing a game and thought to myself "This is my absolute favourite quote from a game." then wondered "I wonder what people on the FO forums have for quotes", then this came to be!

I want to know your favourite quote from a video-game. Console, PC, old, new. Doesn't matter. Please put it down in said format (Just so it's easier for people to read and know where it's from).
Try to keep them to single person quotes. If it's part of a conversation, try not to post 300 lines of text with your favourite quote only being 15 of those words..

Game refers to the game it's from.
Character refers to whom the quote is from (if it's an inanimate thing, like text on a well, then put "text from a wall" or something).
Quote is the actual quote.

EDIT: As for my quote. I'm not sure if it's C-Lifes or something else. I kept listening but this is all that I ever heard.
