Does ME3 come with any codes that need to be purchased , i.e. Battlefield online codes? I only ask because there are rumors that used games have already dropped below the 50% mark, if this continues I may actually get a copy

As far as I know, it's just the standard Online Pass code. If you don't plan on playing the Multiplayer, it's nothing to worry about. If you are though, it'll be an extra $20

Sweet, I don't have a gold account so it doesn't matter.

So that's it. My first playthrough of the entire series is done. Approximately 90 hours -5 minutes well spent. I have played each game exactly once. It's kinda cool, because you get this consistent story without any conflicting memories in the head of 'wait, that's what I did in the other playthrough'. Plus any choices you make in the games that aren't actually choices still feel real because you haven't gone back a second time to check whether things could've gone differently.

I think Mass Effect 3 is my favourite in the series, aside from the ending. Though much of the game's strength lies in the history, all the world/story/character development from the first two games.

And I think Mass Effect 2 has the best finale of any Bioware title. Suicide Mission was brilliant and I was very surprised ME3 had nothing like that.

At some point in the future I'll start a new playthrough from the start. Not sure if I want to do it with a different face to separate the experiences. Definitely sticking with femshep though.

Last time I did a Soldier playthrough at normal difficulty, which class would you guys recommend for a second playthrough (maybe at a higher difficulty)? Keep in mind I want to keep the same class in all 3 games so they should be fun to play in all of them.

If I romance Ashley in ME1, can I romance Miranda in ME2?

I doubt Ashley would be very happy about that in ME3 though. I think they find out about that stuff.

I am partial to Vanguard myself, the introduction of the charge really makes shotguns fun.

What are the benefits of importing a character into ME3? I.E. you got resources, money and a level boost in ME2

I'm trying to remember waaaaaay back to when I did my import ..... you definitely get some levels (more than some, actually... I started at lv30 in ME3). I believe you get some extra credits, and having a bunch of minerals contributes to your War Assets.

(The other HUGE benefit of importing a save is that you don't get stuck with the absolutely horrible default ME1 & 2 "decisions" that Bioware sticks you with if you start a new character for ME3.)

What can I say :shurg: he thought Ashley was a very special person but Miranda appeals to him more.

Does this game lock up on a daily basis for anyone else?

It seems to be only Unreal engine games that do this b/c Batman: AA did this as well.

I still haven't touched my copy of ME3 but have started a second run of ME1 and have really been reminded of how fun the series is. From what little I have watched the dialogue choices are few and it feels more like a movie

My Shepard's name was Shepard Shepard. He's such a friendly guy, everyone calls him by his first name.

I'm playing a Vanguard in ME1 now, and biotics are really more fun in it than the later games. Well, except that you can't charge into an enemy and unload a Claymore into his face. That's how you deal with Phantoms and Brutes :hehe:

Does anyone know how
Spoiler
many war assets are needed for the best ending? 5000, right? Because I just got that amount, and I just need to get my readiness up to 100%. Got the Geth and Quarians to coexist  Also, I keep my blood dragon helmet on all the time so I can imagine it's my shepard's face instead of the default shep

It kinda makes up for it in that every power has it's own individual timer like most RPGs.

http://www.anologhype.com/video-games/playstation-3-news/amazon-offering-a-full-refund-on-already-opened-copies-of-mass-effect-3/, we're holding the line. It's having an effect, again. This time much larger than the smaller effects of before. We're slowly making gains in this movement! For the first time ever I feel like there's not a long shot that the ending will get a dlc. We will have our ending that makes sense. Everyone is underestimating just how much angry consumers this game has created.

That...is hilarious actually.

So does anyone have any suggestions as to how I'm going to get through the derelict reaper on insanity. I almost lost on normal to the flood of husks, as I am playing a soldier. Suggestions would be much appreciated.

Also, EA's stock dropped today about 30 cents. I assume tomorrow is going to bring another drop in the price.
