the glowy ball things near the end of metro 2033
The ones in D6 ? I hated them, once I ran out of ammo there. I couldnt kill the things they spwn from. Tried using a knife, didnt end well. I cant remember how I got past it, but thank [censored]. Its tht and "child" tha piss me off. Ok you want the game to act more differenttly because I have a child on my back. Lower my speed or something then. Do NOT [censored] with my aiming, then have me fight respawning lurkers. Itdidnt ruin the game for me, its my favorite fps. But god those 2 parts were horrible.

If he was then why does he need to hide in the shadows?

Kick the front door open and mow em down before they have time to react!
It takes no skill, and sometimes I dont want to kill those people e.g the nazis in black station in metro 2033. They dont seem happy bout being stuck where they are, others think the ends ustify the means, nd they must bring order to the metro to survive.

Also you will love SC conviction, sam pretty much does what you want, only he svcks t doing it. Like infiltraiting third echelon. God that was a hrooible SC game.
Driving sections in Mass Effect.
I m the minority it seems, I LIKED the Mako. My only issue ws the worlds to explore werent that interesting, and needed more variety. side from that it was great.

Metro is a game where I see stealth as required, as you don't have enough ammo and can't take enough bullets to fight some of the guys in some situations.

Also I'm just no good at stealth...

But admit it, charging into an enemy base with your Gatling laser revving to unleash laser hell unto all that oppose me, or taking a jumppack into a crowd of Orks ready to split them with your power axe is really fun, while stealth is kind of borring and agrevating.

Oh goodness me yes. It was bad enough looking after yourself, let alone Captain Useless too.

I hated Thadon's quest in Shivering Isles, annoying.
The [censored] fade.
The Fade svcks, I agree with that, usually the 1st thing I do when given the chance.
Anyone remember KotOR II's tutorial level?
I actually loved that level, liked the fact that their were random items in the level unlike KOTOR where everything is the same each time you go through.
Valley of the damn defilement in Demon's Souls and Blight-damn-town in Dark Souls.

:bonk:
Blightown svcks especially with those stupid mesqueito creatures that don't give any experience at all and keep coming at you.

I loved the driving bits once I got the hang of it. Really good fun being a total hooligan in an unbreakable car! And it brought together the best parts of a sci-fi adventure RPG and Big Rigs: what more could one want? :hehe:

I enjoy sneaking around. I love the tension when you're sneaking up behind someone, then at the last moment they try to turn, but it is too late.

Team Sneak is probably one of my favorite game modes in any multiplayer game. Playing as one of the assassins or one of the guards, both sides can be a blast. (Talking about MGO)

I personally really enjoyed the Fade.

I kind of liked it, but that screechy violin- or guitar-string thing it had going on quickly got on my nerves.

No it isnt, during frontline, I went for the hedge hopper achivement. Got a good amount of ammo from the corpses. Enough to finish that playthrough. Black station is easy enough too. I needed explorer. So to explore every part of the game, I killed everyone.

No, its boring to just hold down a trigger and watch their HP decrease. Much more satisfying to kill them undetected. Like in FNV clearing out an entire group of convicts without being seen. Also gatling lasers svck (all big guns in fallout), all that weight, high ammo consumption and it lacks any punch. Give me a rifle instead.Or a throwing spear... War club. Not picky, they all do more damage and are silent.

Just about every escort mission often made worse by the poor AI of the escortee. Except Kingdom of Fire given that they at least provided me with extra troops.

And defend location X objectives that can drive me to loath a game in many instances.

That reminds me, I played and liked KuF Heros on xbox Just a shame I svcked at it. Maybe I should try and pick the game up again.

Actully im not sure if it was heros. What one had a mission where I burn a village to the ground at the start ?

Does anyone remember that mission in Borderlands where you had to run / drive to the other end of the map to kill some people and then run / drive all the way back?

Yeah that was pretty bad

That would be KuF Heros and I think the mission you mentioned would be the one with the Walter campaign (a fun mission that). Played both KuF Crusaders and Heros which were fun if difficult games for their time that provided a nice bit of challenge in the later campaigns. Too bad Kingdom under Fire II decided to be a MMO.

Also another thing that comes to mind are puzzles in most cases where I feel that they are unwarranted for example God of War as a slasher.

... But it was an RTS/RPG hybrid. How would tht even work ?

COnsidering its big gripe about skyrim, im suprised I havent mentioned scaling yet. I dont see how its good idea at all. You should start of weak, then feel strong after putting time into your character. Scaling removes that feeling, and depending on your build, you may even get weaker as it goes on.

O.M.G. Forgot about that one, it absolutely takes the cake.

Also any vehicle level in a SP FPS game.

And the Mako, or the Drunken Space Cow, as a friend calls it.
