Edit- Wow, I really hate release day checks, I got four hours to go.... Also I didnt know it has multiplayer, thats cool.

Hah that svcks. Speaking of multiplayer, I'll start compiling a list, you guys can post your steam, gamertag, and psn. I'm not sure is it working through gfwl or steam?

Sweet. Is the environment just as creepy as the first?

It looks like Steam bumped up the release a bit. A few hours ago the page said there was still a day left until it unlocks on Steam, now it says approximately 1 hour.

Pretty much, only about an hour in so far. The graphics are just the same and you get shock in the first two minutes (my favorite power).

Played it for a little while, seems like it's gonna be a worthy sequel. The environment still feels fresh to me, even though I played the original a few times. It also looks like there's quite a bit more detail to your surroundings.

It's too bad I'm so tired, didn't want to stop playing. :P

I know, the game is pretty good, I love what they did with the hacking mini game.
Edit- But I absolutely hate having to be signed into Games for Windows live to save/load games.

The multiplayer aspect could be a lot better.

I haven't tried it yet. From what I've played so far (of the single player), it's downright awesome. It seems like a completely different atmosphere for some reason, but I'm still not sure if that's a good or bad thing.

Yeah, I just made it to the 3rd level, and am loving this game. I like how you have to defend certain areas, they give you time to set traps and fortify your position.

Just got my Special Edition though I'm gonna finish Bioshock 1 first. One thing that made me sweat was how firmly attached the game case was in the big box. I though I was gonna break it

Edit: (The case I mean)

Just got my CE from Gamestop. Man is this case awesome. But I forgot to ask for the multiplayer character codes. Can I still get those?
EDIT: Just called them and I'll pick the code up tomorrow.

Is it better than the Bioshock 1 artbook? They have that up for free download, and I was unimpressed. It was really sparse compared to something like the Okami Official Complete Works, which is, like, over 200 pages.

Never looked at the first one but this one is pretty cool.
Also I tried some mp real quick since I can't play much today. It was alright, I died a lot. Is it just me or is the sensitivity insane even when turned down?

Agreed. The first underwater section was really impressive in a way that I didn't expect, even after having seen some of that stuff at press events. Really enjoying it so far.
