i didn't see this one on the list of bugs, so i'll post it.

when you receive the miscellaneous quest "locate the assassin of old" near the end of the dark brotherhood questline, if you have already cleared hag's end (more than once i believe. i had been there twice and got this bug), the corpse will not appear.



i am also unable to collect about half of the larceny targets to sell to delvin mallory. i had gotten into mercer's house before i was supposed to in the thieves guild questline, collected the bust of the grey fox, and when i finally got around to doing the questline and collect the rest of the items, half of them did not spawn.

Have your spouse follow you and click on the bed, you can make them sleep that way

Yah I am with Camilla - early married as I didnt know what I was doing. She wont follow, make a meal or sleep. But the shop to sell things is nice.

Regarding the Markarth bug. IF this is fixable what will become of the bounty?... Mine is unthinkably huge following the slaughter of myriad guards as a result of this Bug. If its fixed and the bounty remains there no way I can pay that off lol.

All animals/creatures/dragons/most NPCs do not have any, or very little armor rating, which causes the marked for death shout to possibly reduce their armor rating into negative values.

Alduin does not scale properly. His health scales up and stops at level 50ish values, giving him slightly more/less health than an Ancient Dragon. If he has any armor, that does not increase, and his melee and shout damage does not really increase either.

Paarthurnax does not appear to scale correctly either, as even at level 40+ his damage and health is comparable to a dragon from around 20 levels earlier.

Could be related to the issue of how followers do not properly level if they have already been encountered.

The Clear skies shout can have its first word spammed as a form of short reuse stagger lock on enemies, doubt it's intended to do that.

Walking past Valtheim Tower, a bandit approached and tried to get 200 gold as a "toll" out of me. I took the "intimidate" option and she agreed to let me past but it still took 200 gold from me.

@Fierymarigold, you cannot buy furnishings if the chap is on the outside balcony, just in case that's where you were.

Solitude, Proudspire Manor: At the table at the very bottom of the inside stairs, opposite the barrel that all the iron bars spawn on, there is what looks like some straw floating a foot above it. Clipping issue?

On Blindsighted Brynyolf and Karliah will start exiting the ruin instead of waiting for you to speak to Karliah. Even if you manage to speak to Karliah before they exit the ruin they will still continue out of the ruin leaving the quest unable to be completed.

It would be pretty annoying for this to be locked every 200 posts like some normal topic
I did not see you add the bug where areas that are not cleared will not respawn. Fort Greymoore is an area that I have not cleared and the people on the outside have yet to respawn.

There is also an exploding item bug that if you try to set anything in your house it will end up in the floor. This is in all of the houses. Also if you bump an item in a shop or another persons house it just stays in the floor.

After you buy Proudspire Manor the back door by the balcony remains permanently locked and you cannot open it even it you are carrying the house key.

Sanguine Rose will not summon a Dremora when used. Simply nothing happens.
Game freezes when loading new area, ex. entering a cave, entering a city.

I have found this bug in the game. What happens is when I go into a dungeon after clearing it out of the bad guys and retrieving the loot for soem reason the controls do not respond in a smooth manner and does not always automatically go into my characters inventory.

Sometimes the item just floats around the screen and have to press the A button afew times to pick up that item. This alos happens when I am just searching around town for items and also for example reading a book which I find.

If I have a large Bounty (around 1000) Guards will find me and attempt to arrest me, even If i am Sneaking with 100 sneak, Muffled, Invisible, and undetected.

I check the list on page one and it wasn't listed, so...

The text menu item selection color needs to be something significantly different than a shade or two brighter white. This is poor interface design. I am playing on a rather new 48" LCD and I cannot choose an item in the misc quest screen without guessing. If I watch very closely, I can barely see the selected item, but the moment I move my head or blink, the selection vanishes into the list. This may work on a PC monitor, but text on a TV screen is too blurry. There needs to be a box surrounding the selected text or the selected text need to be a color other than white.

When talking to Parthunax He may fly in tight circles into the sky, making his Dialog inaudible, although the subtitles still work properly. After a while he may come down and glitch into the ground, flying in tight circles beneath the surface.

Even though i clear cache regularly in settings/storage menu, i have strange stretching of images during loading screen and/or flashes of colors. For example when i load a game up and theres the skyrim emblem, the image stretches out across screen

Location glitch: Folgunthur / Misc Quest: Find the source of power in Folgunthur

Situation: If cleared once without obtaining word from dragon wall. (Forbidden Legend quest completed)

Effect: Upon return to claim word of power via note from stranger or quest from graybeards (find the source of power in Folgunthur), you are unable progress path the room with two chairs/levers and the floor grate that leads down to the second level. The levers on either side of the chairs will not open the doors to the puzzle rooms, and the pull ring will not activate the floor gate, only spring the trap.

Vindrel Hall (sp?) in Markarth has a bugged weapon rack for me

The rack across the way from the enchanting table will not keep a weapon on the left side of the rack, used to I could have just replaced the item onto it, now I get no interaction with that side.

I think this bug was mentioned somewhere before but I didnt see it here, maybe its not a bug?
I am now playing as a mage conjurer and am a breton. I have the atronach stone and my clothes and items all help me resist and absorb magic. When I summon atronachs it can take up to 10 tries to do so as it seems I keep absorbing them back?

In the Way of the Voice quest, the Greybeards ask you to demonstrate your newly upgraded Unrelenting Force shout on a target that appears.

However, on my game, the target didn't fully appear, just a blue haze for a second or so, so I couldn't progress. After reading http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim_talk:The_Way_of_the_Voice, I tried the suggested fix of accessing the menu as the blue haze appears. It worked, after exiting the menu the target appeared properly, allowing me to then hit it.

With certian followers like aela the huntress they will keep using the starting hunting bow they get and wont use the higher leveled bows

Preforming a shout causes the screen to become abnormally dark after the initial flash of light.

Animals can see and report crimes

Pickpocketing/sneak and presumably other boosts via at least enchanted items can cause a negative effect occasionally. EDIT: Sneak MAY have been fixed with the 1.3 patch, but I hear it is still affected by the pickpocket glitch, where near the threshold of not being able to pickpocket something/sneak, it rounds it down, not up.

Horses sometimes get launched across the terrain upon exiting one.

I hope this is the right topic :S
Bugs that I have encountered:

1) Return to Grace - Location: Addvar's house in Solitude:
When you offer to give your Amulet of Talos to Greta, it does not complete the quest, nor does it remove your Amulet of Talos. The dialog option disappears
nevertheless. All of this because I have 2 Amulets of Talos in my inventory...

2) Hired Muscle:
I cannot fight against Elrindir to intimidate him. He talks to me normally like there is no active quest...

3) (MOST IMPORTANT) Become Thane of Riften:
I have visited Honeyside before speak to the jarl of Riften, and now I cannot become Thane because she don't show me the dialogue option...

4) I play the Italian version of Skyrim, and the accented letters of all the words have disappeared.
For example when I travel fast in the map: VIAGGIARE VELOCEMENTE ? S NO (there is no ì)
or the book "Ladro di Virt" (there is no ù)

So, I wanna know if someone else have my same problems with these bugs (and any solution?)

The 2 main issues I have are that once you have handed in a quest item the quest completes and the dialogue seems as though you have handed back the item but it remains in your inventory and still has weight making carrying stuff tougher.

The other issue I have is that after a few hours of playing the game sometimes hangs on the loading screens. It starts off OK but after a few seconds everything freezes and I need to restart my 360.
