Serious people, you still arguing, Todd Howard himself told us that the MAIN QUEST is 15-20 hours, long, depedning how fast you finish it. There's TONS of sidequest and new features.

I don't care how long Dawnguard is. It's adding content to a game that I will be playing for years. I will buy it without question.

All that...and MOAR

i really hope so, i see that your a beta tester so i trust you. It's just after the hideous questlines from skyrim (my opinion), i'm skeptical.

It has enough new stuff to alter the full world...that should be enough info. When the download is done you will be incinerated by it's epicness...in a good way

I just hope it brings some depth to the game... Or the characters have some depth.... The Soul Cairn worries me to some extent, in the E3 preview it looked quite..... Barren.

Not what im getting at, and if the side quests are anything like the Thieves Guild side quests and others in game which require you to: A ) go steal said item or B ) Go kill said random generic named person or C ) Deliver item you have delivered a thousand times before, then no.... Just no.

Depth = memorableness, having a story that really captures you and makes you want to progress through said story to find out what happens next. Having characters/NPCs you get attached too, and having a world/place feel alien/alive, where your actions you make in game effect the world or atleast the characters in the game to some extent. Currently Skyrim lacks this, alot... Even Oblivion had more depth.

The side quests involve saving lost souls, like in one you have to find this dead guys horse, and in another some merchant from hammerfall was tricked by a necromancer and you have to do something.

Sounds good, i just hope it's nothing like 'retrieve said soul gem or another boring easily obtained item' and bring it to them... Or 'kill said random generic NPC to get revenge' for the merchant ><

D8< i'm not old, but i loved Morrowind... Tribunal expansion was the best quest ive played through on any TES.

I shall hold you to your word~ BUT, if you never played Morrowind and it's expansions, speak now! ;p
I would love a tribunal style expansion to skyrim,But i prefer bigger ones but skyrim really needs one big city!:) Also my favourite TES Expansion are bloodmoon

If you fast travel, sprint everywhere and skip dialogue, then yes, it will be less than 10-20 hours.

But seriously, take your time with the content, don't powergame your way through all of the quests. The expansion will be more enjoyable if you do.

Exactly, I already know I will spend at least more than a hour just staring at Fort Dawnguard, damn what a beautiful castle.
