- when you first meet Jason Bright in "come fly with me", you can ask "what are these demons you speak of" before Jason even mentions these demons.

Just a little bug. When using the intercom at the very bottom of the facility in the "come fly with me" quest when the first line spoken sounds like it is from the intercom while the next two sound like the guy is in the room with you and finally the last line sounds like it is through the intercom again.

Fixing costs for some items are out of this world. Combat Armor 8800 caps. Combat Helmet 1600. I can tell for sure that I do not do atm 8800 caps before that armor needs next repair.

Objects with a fractional weight do not reduce the weight you're carrying if you use them.

As an example, if I have a drink that weighs .7 and I drink it plus eat something that weighs .4, it should reduce my carried weight by at least 1, but it doesn't.

Found another bug. The terminal you can upgrade your penthouse in the lucky 38 is very bugged.

When you try to buy or sell from the menu you have to put your mouse cursor near the prices of caps just to click on the item to buy or sell it. Mousing over the lists normally does not work. Nothing gets selected.

There are never any performances in the Aces theatre. The Rad Pack dancers are there, but they just stand there when they should be performing.

Ok. 24 Hours in, running Win 7 64 with latest Catalyst 10.10a drivers on a HD5850/i5 760.

1. I can confirm the Cowboy Repeater bug, it does in fact prevent you from doing anything. I've only every had it happen after reloading, and it can be fixed by changing the view with the "F" key and then back again.

2. Also at the "Upgrade House" console in the Lucky 38 Penthouse, when you access "Upgrade" and it opens the buy menu, the menu mouse detection seems to be off on the right side, it's really hard for me to properly select items.

3. In Camp McCarran, the cook guy in the concourse asks you to fix their food machine. He gives you a parts list of the items you need to collect to correctly repair the machine. I've collected ALL the parts on that list, double checked, correct quantities, and when I try to repair it still tells me "You do not have all the required parts". Can someone else verify this?

EDIT: Also had a bug when I took Boone's beret. He said "I want that back" or something similar, and so I gave it back via inventory transfer. I then noticed I somehow now had two of those berets, so I gave him one and kept the other :P

/spoilers/

So I talked with boone and it started his own quest. So we go to bitter springs or whatever it was I can't remember and we completely owned the legion. After that it says he got upgraded equipment and that he can carry more and such.

Well, before the quest his weight limit was 250 pounds. After the quest his weight limit is still 250 pounds.

He does have the new armor on, I can see it on him. But ??? he still has the same weight limit.

Bugged ??

Confirmed.

also:

- I fast traveled to the Gibson scrapyard in Novac, and Old Lady Gibs suddenly ran off with one of her dogs. She sounded scared, but she wasn't hostile. Luckily I caught up with her and after I spoke with her, she was calm again and walked back to the scrapyard....?!?
- On the road from Novac to the rocket factory, the rocks to the left side of the fence (on the left side of the bridge) have a huge hole at the base.
- "come fly with me": I spoke to Chris AFTER the rockets flew away. I convinced him to go live in Novac and before he leaves he says; "Ok, you launch the rockets!"

Caesar's Legion does not get KOS to me. I am vilified in each and every of their camps, but all aggro legion members ever were 2 assassins which appeared soon after I killed all Legion members from village where they crusified everyone.

Visual anomalies :

Ranger ghosts hat has clipping issues. There's even a picture of this in the strategy guide on pg 220, under
the keep your eyes on the prize quest section.
this issue persists even with the PC wearing the hat.

Easy petes hat has come clipping problems when you see the backside of his head. Same goes when PC equips
said hat.

I have the flashing boxs problem depending on what AA/ HDR settings I use. This is not just a Nvidia problem as I have a ATI 4770 with 10.10 drivers.

Looking at more than 3 npcs results in slowdown (didn't have this problem in FO3)

VATS
Targeting ants in vats mode often times gives 95% chance to hit for all body parts, even over very long distnaces. I can shoot antennae and
frenzy them from CRAZY far away. Funny, but a bug all the same. << okay this one may not be a consistent bug as I just
reloaded and went to the ivanpah race track and targeted some ants from a distnace and the probabilities appeared
to be closer to normal. Don't know what was going on.

Unable to get turrets control unit to highlight, can only target the chassis. I've only encounted turrets in the weather station for the
Render unto caesar quest line so can't say if this is for a ALL turrets everywhere or this one location. << SOLVED have to
use the movement keys or mousewheel with pointer to either side of turret.

AUDIO
walking with a crippled leg produces no footstep sound....if you move sideways you can hear your footsteps, but going
forward you hear nothing. This is in 3rd person only. In first person you hear your footsteps.

Water :

Swimming or floating on the surface of water looks odd. You appear more to be hovering over the water than moving
through it. i.e your lower body isn't blurred.

Caravan

WEIRD interface.

In Big Sal's office, his terminal and safe aren't marked as owned. I hacked the terminal and stole the item from the safe right in front of him and he didn't blink.

Same issue here. I had to wiggle my cursor all over the place to even select something on the right hand side...

Don't know if other people have this issue or can confirm it for me... But is the perk Grim Reaper's Sprint working? It feels like I get no AP back at all. Unless 20 AP is really only like 5 little bars haha.

Another thing that's not a bug really but probably just faulty AI... but hopefully some developer sees this and changes the way companions react to nearby hostiles :(
I have them set on passive but the moment my character goes into [Caution], my companions run off stirring up the place. The dialogue says to not have them engage an enemy until I have. Hate to sound anol but this is just a bit annoying when I'm just trying to skulk around.

The Cowboy Repeater has an issue where it can lock up firing, loading, weapon switching, Pipboy activation, etc. It leaves you only able to move until it resolves.

Has anyone replicated this problem (with the cowboy repeater or any other weapon with individual round-loading animations) who isn't using the "Trigger Discipline" trait? They might be linked.

Let's see, my personal (incomplete) list:

-McCarran Food Processor repair dialog bug: The parts consumed when you repair the food processor are identical to the list you're given for this unmarked quest. However, the dialogue box for the repair requires that you have two pots in your inventory, not one, even though only one is used in the repair and only one is listed as necessary in the note for the quest.

-Camp Forlorn corpses: Several dead NCR troopers in the minefield south of Camp Forlorn Hope were "alive" and "Hostile", despite missing limbs and being totally unresponsive, and despite my being idolized with the NCR.

-NPCs stuck in combat mode: This has only become a problem once. During the "Beyond The Beef" quest, the rescued NPC would sometimes grab a knife and go into combat mode even though I'd completed the quest without turning the White Gloves hostile to that point. This meant that he would refuse to follow me out of the members-only dining room, and would just run around with his knife out, not attacking anyone since the white gloves were still friendly. Reloading the sequence several times eventually avoided this behavior.

Er...I don't remember if I took that trait or not.

List of glitches I've encounter so far:

- In Thorn after betting on a fight animals just sit there and can't start any dialog with 'Red' or finish her quests.

- In Gomorrah upon entering it I can no longer move and must restore from last save.

- In Mr.House's Presidential suite when I attempt to purchase items for the place the computer use for purchasing does not function correctly.

Energy weapon DPS feels bugged. I was checking REPCONN HQ and less surprisingly tripped alarm there. Security bots activated, but damage their lasers did to me was really pathetic. Combat armor is hardly what I would call top end armor and I did not have problems with bot shooting at me from close range. By checking what pipboy tells me about plasma weapon DPS I am not impressed. And based on my tests laser rifle with energy booster (+3 damage) and beam splitter (+30% damage) is still pretty useless against almost anything.

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but I've got an infinite caps glitch with Fisto the sixbot at the Atomic Wrangler in Freeside. When I talk to him and he offers his "services" and I respond "Maybe later," he pays me 10 caps. I seem to be able to repeat this over and over.

In Novac, for the "One for My baby" quest: I didnt get the additional evidence from the safe in the lobby. I just took Manny in front of the dinosaur and Boone shot him dead. I then went to talk to Boone and when he asked me "How did you know", my options to answer were:

1) HER story didnt add up
2) Just a hunch
3) I just wanted you to kill HER

Yeah, ummmm that was Manny you just shot there buddy. Needless to say, I loaded a previous save and completed the quest the "correct" way.
