Whilst building Borg's tomb to give him a burial more befitting his status than the gravel pit his coffin was thrown in, http://i485.photobucket.com/albums/rr212/Qeros/borg1.png appeared and attacked me.

What the hell is going on?! D:

Since you're a mod can you please spawn me some testificate eggs? My testificates in my village disappeared without a trace :'(

Are you sure? You do realise that mobs do take the chance, if present, to kill the villagers?

I was in the village all day, I would have seen it. Plus, I think they have bugged because the zombies still try and break the doors down to get to them.

Looks good, so far. Can't wait to recreate my disco floor with some of the new trinkets available, meanwhile causing epileptic fits and lag for my neighbours.

I kid, of course.

That randomiser circuit would help cut it down a lot.

Seeing how the frames would work now, my chances of a giant mechanical spider seem slim.

Hey, you're fine. TeeHee (RoflWaffle) is the person behind the Hunger Games idea that the glass dome is all about, and she's just big on keeping it protected and secret-ish so that when a game does take place there's nobody there with an advantage from pre-scouting. At least, that's the sense I get from this discussion. Thanks for explaining yourself - I hope you stick around and enjoy the server, since the enjoyment goes both ways. We'll enjoy your continued company too. And we should probably have considered putting up signs anyway .

Edit: Oh, and feel free to set up a home in New Rorikstead or area - other than the obvious areas (ie spaces between houses and the nearest path, tight spaces between houses, obvious scenic viewpoints) you can build pretty well anywhere, and there's no real building codes. Heck, someone built a big cobblestone block in front of my place...
I don't plan to play anywhere else since I enjoy the game and the server. The BGSF is my internet "home" so I guess it's Unofficial Minecraft server is also my "home"! :)

I'll check If I can build a little house in New Rorikstead. I have a big plan, but it's far away to the south so it won't be a nuisance. ;)

Etho recorded a match of Dwarves vs. Zombies. If we had a large number of us on at the same time, we could try it out.

Here is the tutorial, for those who are interested.

I've had a hankering for a city-based RP lately. Anyone interested? I'm thinking something along the lines of Aldgate / The City, but with more of a city-building RP aspect; perhaps with the residents voting on structures rather than having land-purchase rules. New Rorikstead is seeing good growth, but there really doesn't seem to be any sort of RP attached to it. Plus, it's in a snow biome <_<

Yeah. You can move to my village if you want and start it there, there is no shortage of citizens that need housing thanks to someone.

I've been knocking up an NPC town and slowly rebuilding that to look like a proper town if you want to help. It could be the set for the RP or something. I'm just throwing up more houses and a city hall/church right now.

Ahh seems I have competition, your town will not last! Oh wait it's already dead :shifty:

Does that also explain how the mountian behind Morton was covered in Testificates?

IndustrialCraft2 1.9.5 for 1.2.5 is out!

v1.90 -> v1.95:
Spoiler
-Added new Trade-O-Mat GUI with full item display and stock status
- Added config option to prevent scrap from burning on a generator to help server admins avoid lag from cobblegen->recycler->generator lines
- Added stack size support for base seeds in the crop API, allowing seeds which require more than one unit, similarly to roses and dandelions
- Added more field types that can be synchronized in the NetworkHelper API
- Implemented the Crazy Ivan achievement, however the record that you placed the nuke does not last across reloads
- Fixed NEI integration, for real
- Fixed crops being trampled when walked instead of jumped on
- Fixed scrap boxes crashing when the last one in a stack is opened
- Fixed drops from the Super-Heat Mining Laser mode sometimes being picked up but not appearing on the inventory and messing up furnaces
- Fixed potential enchantment duplication bug with Trade-O-Mats
- Fixed Super-Heat Mining Lasers not dropping stone
- Fixed Trade-O-Mats not showing their want/offer on SMP
- Fixed primed explosives not appearing on SMP
- Fixed reinforced scaffolds not appearing reinforced on SMP when another player reinforces it
- Fixed generator fuel levels not appearing properly on SMP
- Fixed Generators and Iron Furnaces not accepting blaze rods
- Fixed dynamite depleting on creative mode
- Fixed Personal Safe GUI title being centered
- Ported to Forge's NetworkMod and Achievement Pages (however our ores no longer show in the background)
- Crop seeds display their growth/gain/resistance on the tooltip once anolyzed enough
- Super-Heat Mining Lasers burn through wooden blocks
- Buffed a UU-Matter recipe
- Fuel Cans burn on a standard furnace, however advltered fuel is wasteful
- Tweaked enchantability values for bronze tools and composite armor
- Terra Wart is always edible
- Disabled non-functional item repair for electric tools and items
- Improved client-side SMP performance (smaller and compressed network updates, avoid unnecessary simulation)

I didn't even know you could burn scrap...

Waiting on the bukkit ports and the basic addons now...

I'd rather start somewhere from scratch. As soon as I have 4 or 5 people ready at once we can head out and establish a spot, and anyone else can join as they wish. Obviously the ones who are there from the start will play more of a role in shaping the style / RP though.

So I enjoy looking at the dynmap and I was wondering what the large, flat platform in the middle of the lake north of the spawn is supposed to be?
