Wait... a thread for Argonians, seven pages, and I'm not in it? So hail marsh brothers! Hides-Swift-Strikes here. An assassin, a thief. A bloody good one. A cold, ruthless professional, although supports the fellow Argonians as much as he can. He was very sad (in a cold, ruthless, professional killer way) when he once had a contract to murder a fellow Argonian. Although he wiped the inner tears of a humane man long since forgotten, his bow finally didn't even tremble.

More info http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1266282-plan-your-upcoming-characters/. Geez, that topic never worked it seems... Nor did my lore work; Veezara already states he's the last of the Shadowscales. Oh well...

I know, I know, all this coming from a conservative old Telvanni Archmagister might be... a little harsh at best. :(

Yes because being naturally gifted is a bad thing. Funny story though, I have it on good authority that the dunmer didn't get ashen skin and fire resistance as a punishment from Azura, clever cover up by the way, but rather as natural consequence of their inability to properly handle basic fire spells :whistling:

Okay, fair enough.

But before we go into this 'it's a game' stuff, I just feel like it is a fail in genetics when my scale-clad adventurer can morph into a fur covered beast. With humans it isn't so bad, because they're hairy in places anyways.

Hence why I said I like to pretend I'm a werelizard. ^_^ I just think it would have been a nice little twist and move by the devs.

*slithers back under rock or something*
I don't know if you've noticed this, but spontaneous transformation in any race is pretty fail genetics-wise.. y'know, what with bones and stuff.

I also feel bad about killing fellow Argonians in the game.

Especially for that one, begging for his life and all that.

@people talking about werewolves

Lycantrophy in Skyrim is mostly magical I'd guess, so it doesn't really have to make sense.

he's right, it's a magical gift from Lord Hircine, Pricnce of the Manbeast (and Merbeast i guess). he gave the gift of lycanthropy to mortals

Amen, brother. He's the only victim I've even warned beforehand. I gave him a chance. And he didn't even swim away like he should have! :′(

Yes..Armors made of magical tree sap... That must be incredibly effective..

Dried tree sap. Resin. Think: epoxy. Hist resin armor plates are probably something like a very tough industrial plastic which is molded to shape. Depending on the specific properties of the hist resin they could easily be stronger than steel by weight, and stiffer as well.

Dismissive Dunmer did no research. :)

Black Marsh Left the Empire...

also the Empire was trying to kill me

The Shadow Scales had to close down because of the Empire "empire kept shuting down the Dark Brotherhood training camps"

Although Nords hold no love for anyone who isnt an Nord or man... im guessing since the empire banned the warship of Talos, they deserve their freedom, and if anyone knows how its like to have your freedom and heritage taken away, its the Argonian people... i personally will help everyone achieve personal freedom

You dare even question who's side you're on? Argonian brothers, you are on YOUR OWN (side)! Plain and simple. There's no war for you or me... or maybe there is if you just loot a few HQs in the crossfire. :celebration:

Don't we all love our drug addicted, tree licking lizard friends? Group hug anyone?

Or do your tree overlords prohibit that?

What if Azura finds that wrong? Will she man up and finally finish the job?
