the empire is dead

Septim propaganda not Mede.
But it's still the only source that I know of that mentions about them killing babies. And since that book is full of propaganda. It's most likely a lie.

Wrong again I'm afraid, more Talos worshipers have actually gotten arrested after the civil war started and he did nothing about it and still does nothing about it before starting the civil war storyline. In fact even after beating the civil war in favor of the stormcloaks Thalmor agents still roam skyrim, the embassy is still around and Talos worshipers are still being arrested.
that just becase the game u cant remove the thalmor form skyrim without messing up the main quest

Where you got that from? The first pocket guide to the Empire? If so, then that book is full of Imperial propaganda..

True its not exactly the most trusted source but would it really surprise you that the Thalmor would do that?

But we have no actual way of knowing that, Ulfric could be too scared to force them out because it could lead to a war with the Dominion which he knows he can't win.

Actually the Altmer breed at the same pace as the human races, its just they kill babies that show disabilities and genetic disorders to keep the race "pure". But the empire has more strength and support then Ulfric even in skyrim, as for the dunmer, no they really don't want to be in the middle of a war when they are busy fixing their own country, High rock is still known to be supporters of the empire and have shown no dislike towards them, the Redguards are smart and know that showing power is better then talking about it, the Orcs have shown no distrust towards either sides but we know that the Stormcloaks have shown distrust towards them due to the orsimer being elves, same for the Dunmer.
the empire is to busy bending over for the thalmor to fight them

Riiiiiiiiiight because Tulius totally doesn't point out that the empire is already planning a counter attack against the Thalmor ANYWHERE in the game.

Check your facts bro, stop listening to Stormcloak propaganda.

true, I could see the Thalmor. being a radical party, would kill babies. But keep in mind that it may be an influential party, but there might be other political parties ruling The Aldmeri dominion that may not practice infant killing. So it may be true but exaggerated.

(And the Thalmor in the second era may not be as extreme as the 4th era ones.)

Well at the end of the day no matter what I say I can't change someone's mind but I have to say when I did the stormcloak quest line to see how it is like I just really had a bad feeling throughout the quest line unlike the imperial legion one and I personally felt like an ass after the doing the stormcloak whiterun quest.

Well tulius tells the dragon born after the imperial legion quest line that the empire is going to strike back at the thalmor once they gather their strength people should do both quest lines instead of 1.

Agreed I felt the same way, only real reason I did the stormcloak questline, though the stormcloak questline didn't really surprise me...I already knew that Ulfric would turn out like that.

well enough thread derailment as I said before during the stormcloak quest line I just felt bad through out it the battle of whiterun is burned into my mind and seeing jarl balgruuf daam.

And Ulfric causing a large scale of oppression and corruption into skyrim is any better? I highly recommend you play both the civil war factions before making judgement on either side.

I think cider does not like it either and neither do I but we know that the empire is in a bad position and needs to recover its strength to strike back and ulfric winning the civil war will not make it easier to beat back the thalmor it would simply make it easier for the thalmor to take over.

I'm someone that knows what he is talking about and has done research on the matter, something you obviously haven't done. The only reason the Thalmor are in skyrim is because of Ulfric, the Empire isn't a puppet of the Thalmor and doesn't like the fact that they can arrest people and destroying the empire is not going to do anyone any good. The talos ban isn't permanent and the empire still pretty much hates everything about the Thalmor and yes, I don't like it much either but the Empire needs time to rebuild itself so they can successfully counter attack the Dominion and push them out of mainland Tamriel then liberate them from Summerset. Its called tactics, sometimes we have to make sacrifices for the greater good which the Empire is doing, if it wasn't for the concordat the empire would be destroyed and the Dominion would be doing more then torturing a few people.
