The Werewolf Situation 2: Werewolf Harder.

I kinda hope some NPCs will hesitate attacking you- especially those that KNOW you're the "Dovahkiin."

Unfortunately...I think fear and ignorance reign when it comes to the locals...Discretion seems to be the watch word of the day...

I'm still trying to figure out the first person thing. I mean they would'nt just scrap it right.....right? *starts sweating*. I despise third person, one of the main reason I love TES is because it IS 1st person. Hell, I dont care if they threw in the animations from Bloodmoon as long as i don't have to run around looking at myself all the time.

become the leader of the companions and then eliminate the abominations one by one. Leave no witnesses.

Does becoming a werewolf hinder skill progression, since you don't use any of the skills while in werewolf form?

For the greater good.

If you get special abilities, and will have to slay human flesh for survival, it's pretty much for the greater good. Since you will anyway finish the main quest and save the world in the end. So you're basically worth that extra bit of power.

Epic! I can't think of a better way to kill vampires than as a werewolf.

Vampires, Marauders, Bandits, Reavers...All will come to see a pair of yellow eyes in the dark...Watching them...Studying them...Taking my time...No need to hurry...Savor the hunt...

But what if you could achieve that greater good without becoming a werewolf? I'm all for committing necessary evils for the greater good, but what if it's not necessary?

Thanks for the info people! :)

This sort of makes the Companions conflict with my roleplaying. I'm going to roleplay an Inquisitor/Witchhunter kind of character who hates the profane, stuff like Daedra, Undead and Vampires. He will almost certainly hate werewolves as well to keep in character. Since the ruling body of the guild are werewolves, would my character be better off (in a roleplaying point of view) to stay away from them? Or will I be able to change the werewolf hierarchy somehow?

I would say go for it, if it is unknown to the guild and to the world that they are werewolves then it would be interesting to play through only to discover this point and have a kind of plot twist, it would be very intriguing to go through.

Woah, vampires are not all that bad either. Janus Hassildor and Lord Lovidicus all fell under the spell of "Love". Janus lost his wife, and Lord Lovidicus was betrayed by his lover...for being what he is. And being shunned by the evil human race is not all that fun either.

Define "Greater good".
Kill the few to save the many?
Save all you can?

The only way good can come about is from stability, The Companions help providev that.
The Silver Hand must die.

"The Black Hand has arrived."

Well I guess "Kill the few to save the many" works as a definition for the "greater good".

I believe that majority of the stability will come from the Imperial Legion/Stomcloaks, depending on who you choose to side with, and not the Companions.

Janus did 't lose his wife she just randomly died out of no where after she drank the potion. That isn't lossing her. I do feel bad for Lord Lovidicus but he liked an orc woman

You can save many more with your "Gift".
It will allow to become better at killing unjust scum.

OT:Stormcloaks will not provide stability!
If by some loophole they "Win", Skyrim will be lawless and many more will die in the following war.
While the Evil Thalmor gains power.

True, I guess there isn't a "maximum scum-killing level" to be reached, and that more power means more scum killed.

I won't argue about the Stormcloaks there, I'm an Empire supporter myself. :hehe:

Better question, does being in wolf form just increase and decrease certain skills and attributes or replace them completely.

If its the first then that means it would stack with your increased H2H damage if your a Khajiit. So I guess this is even more to consider for people wanting to go that rout.

I hope to god there is lunar transformations, or even just a once a month type thing that no matter what you are doing or where you are you transform against your wil, it would make it so you have to accually PLAN where to be and when if you know the moon/s are rising?

Or like you have to wait when BOTH moons are full at once to progress and become a more powerful werewolf like how the vampires level up kinda thing...

I just REALLY hope that it is not ONLY a willing transformation deal-__- otherwise i will have to pretend every time the moon is full that I didn't use a spell or whatever but I just turned against my will...

Anyone know if there is a cool down type of thing if you don't feed to prolong being in werewolf form? Is there any hints as to WHEN you will turn back?

Why did you ask the same thing twice? You made two topics that both end up asking if you should play a werewolf. Stick to one topic so it's not spam

He did lose her, because she died. She refused to feed and entered a coma. After that, because she didn't drink blood when she was brought back and went straight for the potion, she died a human because she was already too weak. When I meant lose, I meant in a sense of losing a loved one. "I lost my wife because she died in an accident" or something. And Lord Lovidicus was a bit stupid in the sense of opening his mouth to tell her he was a vampire. The most important tenet of the Cyrodiilic vampires was to not tell anynone about their own condition and their own order, but he went as far as to tell her "Hey, I am a vampire. And I love you."

I will grant you that...We shall see...Any word on the Volhikar? They sound absolutely delicious...I would definitely like to eat meet them...
No word yet. You can eat them...vampires turn to ash in the game when you kill them this time around. It looks so cool. And I dislike the Volkihar. Savages!

Yeah, I am going to keep merging werewolf thread. Sorry if things get a bit jumbled, am not reading through them in great detail because I hate spoilers before a game is even released.
