No, you just quit the game to the PS3 menu, if that is what you are on because that is the console I am using.

yeah i'm on ps3 right thanks :) I'll do that. I'll either edit this post or send another saying whether or not it worked :D

It's not all far fetched. They were only in Cyrodiil in the Third Era because of how the Imperial structure was made. And we know they wiped out the other clans from Cyrodiil's borders. So we can assume the were created before their arrival to Cyrodiil and that they simple took over.

"There was but one tribe in Cyrodiil, a powerful clan who had ousted all other competitors, much like the Imperials themselves had done. Their true name was unknown, lost in history, but they were experts at concealment."

"By the virtue of http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Imperial structure and bureaucracy, http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Cyrodiil has become our stronghold in the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Third_Era, and we suffer no savage rivals within our boundries."

Take note of the "has become". That right there is enough to imply that they took over Cyrodiil, rather than just originate there. And since it is no longer the third era and the Imperial structure has failed, it would make sense for them to try and migrate into other regions. Since all provinces has vampires, they will most likely try to eradicate the vampire clans there before setting their goals on human politics.
Iiiinteresting, I've not considered it like that. Makes things more intriguing to think about, hopefully they get into it a bit more in Dawnguard in that case.

You are welcome. And as far as I know there is no new news on whether they are adding anything for werewolves or vampires. But I have noticed more people on the forums that think the DLC will be vampire related, so that could mean we get improved vampires so that is good.

I think if Vampires get improvements then Werewolves are either soon behind but atleast NOT out of the question. So things are looking up for those who like "alternate" states. Lycanthropy/Vampirism. So it's looking good :)

Yeah pretty much, I just want them to add in the new feeding animations, and the actual Volkihar tribe, like maybe they come out of hiding and start fighting with the Order for taking their name.

And who knows what else DLC could unlock, I mean, there has been a large Werewolf DLC in Elder Scrolls, maybe a Vampire one may be in this one.

Order would kick their teeth in! And then try to usurp the Thalmor!

Bloodmoon was all about werewolves. Dawnguard could be all about vampires.

Either this leaked info is fake or real. Check it out: http://pastebin.com/7skB5Gmu
Edit: Its fake, I think. "Just like we did in New Vegas". Bethesda did not make New Vegas. So it's bullspit.

Well hopefully, every sub faction such as werewolves and vampires will be touched up a bit more in patches and DLC just too expand their world a bit more, sure enough the Werewolves are already covered with background stuff due to Bloodmoon, but maybe Skyrim Werewolves can have a little extra for themselves according to story.

Also I looked back at the Gamejam footage. And skipped to the Lycanthropy tree and I saw the perk "scenting" I'm guessing that may be to detect enemies. And if Werewolves regain the night vision, perhaps it will be a FPS thing only as you'd be seeing through their eyes..... I'm not sure Im just guessing. i'm getting REALLY excited.

No, but they did publish it, and timed exclusivity is something the publisher would handle.

Obviously, the Order would kick the Volkihar's butt because they would manipulate mortals into doing the work for them, but in a one on one battle I would have to say the Volkihar would win.

I hope you are wrong, and that info is right and we are getting vampire related stuff. I want to be able to join the vampires and fight with them against the Vigilantes of Stendarr or the Dawnguard.

There is one thing I have been meaning to talk about. With smithing. We can smith Armor, swords, shields and bows. But why can't be Smith Arrows? I'd like to be able to Smith my own arrows, maybe make them "legendary" for even more damage, I think that'd be a really good idea, speaking personally really.

I also like the idea of those Fire and Ice Arrows from the video, give Archery/Sniping a little edge to it, other than the odd effect here and there from enchanting a bow.

What do you guys think?

Well, if mortals could stand against the Volkihar, then I'm sure a Cyrodiilic vampire could hold its own...IF it starved himself for four days. I did some reading on UESP and the stats for the Cyrodiilic vampires are much stronger than the ones in Skyrim. Their stats affect everything.

Yeah, but I think it is safe to assume the vampires in Skyrim right now are the Cyrodiil vampires.

Hey guys. I was looking around at the Werewolf section on the UESP wiki and it says that there is an effect called "Full Moon Rising" that enchances stats while the full moon is out. Can anyone confirm this?

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Werewolf

If so I've not noticed it :I

Also (without sounding perverted) I think female Werewolves should have a slight alteration to their form, sure enough they're smaller but perhaps less fur than males, as well as "other bits" to show it's female. a more feminine shape...maybe? :I

I have never noticed that either, but I never see the moons full except for one time, but that was with my vampire character.

Maybe that is something that is going to be added in? Either that or someone just made that crap up.

apparently. it's something to be "removed" which means it's IN the games.... But I'm not sure. I'm getting my info from the wiki and a forum from another website

Dunno if already mentioned, but I would like a toggle function for beastform. Lycanthropy is so much fun, but the 3 minute timer is a pain in the ass.

If I can already control my transformations, as opposed to just randomly shifting, then I should be able to stay in beastform as long as I want. If could play skyrim on my PC, I'd certainly be working to mod that into a reality, but alas...I'm stuck with the 360 version until I can afford to rebuild this POS.

Yeah that has been said before. or something along those lines. like in Bloodmoon transform at night then turn back at day. Not so much for control toggling but I do understand why, alot of Mods really bring out the true potential of the Werewolf which is sad really since alot of people are console players.

Hopefully the perk tree once it's release will make things a little better control wise. But again we have to hope and remain positive. Yes?

Do you mean you've never seen both moons full at the same time? Or you've never seen the moons full at all, be it individually or together?

I've seen the moons full together a few times in different files, but it's pretty rare. The Mane is supposed to be born when that happens, so it makes sense that it's a rare occurrence.

I see one moon or the other full on a fairly regular basis though.

I learned a long time ago to never get my hopes up too much concerning my favorite game studios. Very few have ever remained close to their fans desires. Bethesda's pretty much the only studio today that I've spent most of my gaming career with that still has a good track record.

Even BioWare, who I respected immensely, has sold their soul for a quick buck. Even going so far as to no longer support the mod community for any future titles.

Al I can afford is the hope that Bethesda considers fans ideas. They're one of the few left who doesn't svck.

I never see both moons full. I only saw both full once, and I have seen each of the moons full separately.

I know. It's a shame really, I think alot of people would be happier if game companies actually listened to their fans respectively since it is them who keeps the companies in the job right? I mean if just people stopped playing games altogether they'd be in a problem. But Bethesda are doing well in terms of fixing things people have noticed

I've been looking around the mod community at different Werewolf mods. Some overhauls some merely visuals. I came across this mod for a full furred Werewolf so I was wondering guys to you how should a Werewolf look? Have a full body of furr of have some skin showing here and there?

Also, there was a form of "enhanced" transformation scene in the mod community showing the player go through alot of pain and loose their clothes THEN standard transformation with bone breaking sound effects. IF you guys could do something like that and put it into a patch what would you do? Hyperthetically speaking obviously.
