Okay, that is just ridiculous on so many levels it's almost funny. I get why you're angry, and I'm disgusted that they released the game in the state they did, but complaining that the patch isn't here yet when they're working on it is just pointless. To say I want a perfect game NOW is just ridiculous when there are so many things wrong with it. Have you looked at the buglist on this forum? Do you expect them to wave a magic wand and magic them away?
If this game isn't patched in a month, I'm done with Bethesda. Dragon Age Origins wasn't properly fixed, and I'm not buying another Bioware game, and if Bethesda don't fix the big bugs in this, I'll add them to the list. But before that I want to see what the patch fixes.
Your response is just so ridiculous on so many levels it's WAY beyond funny.
Of course the people experiencing the multitude of game-ending bugs want a perfect game NOW. That's what we paid for. I bought the collector's edition as FO3 is my favorite game of all-time and I had such high hopes for NV. I had no idea I was
paying $90.00 to be a Bethesda Alpha-tester.... and believe me I HAVE alpha-tested games that were far more stable and playable than FO:NV.
And what do you keep going on about DA:O - I had what turned out to be one glitch where it wouldn't save properly, so I called EA Customer Support, got an idiot who gave me REALLY BAD, information. I then asked to talk to a supervisor. She gave me the correct fix (reset my clock, the power had gone out the day before) then she comped me ME2 Collector's AND a $20.00 GC towards another game for my problems and aggravation. Now THAT's some awesome customer service! And I never had another problem with DA:O.
I would be THRILLED if I got such a fabulous return and had such a problem-free game like DA:O with FO:NV and gamesas ..... But alas Beth is giving us absolutely NOTHING except the run-around a month and half later on a game that is so riddled with bugs it's almost comical. BTW: I know several people playing on different platforms ALL experiencing different game-wrecking bugs, so YEAH the problem is pretty wide-spread.
So YES we would all like a PEFECT GAME NOW and at least a refund of the amount this bug-fest has dropped in price since we bought it, since for many people it's it's been sitting around collecting dust.*
Disclaimer: Mine was not on a shelf, I did managed to struggle through 2 play-throughs but I feel I should get a special Xbox achievement for finishing my 2nd one as I managed to finish it while encountering EVERY stinking game-wrecking bug.
